Job Description

Job Summary:
The Sales Executive is responsible for driving sales, developing new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing customers, and achieving assigned sales targets. The role involves both retail and corporate sales, including fleets, transport companies, construction firms, and individual customers.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Identify and develop new customers (transport companies, logistics firms, construction companies, car dealers, retail customers, etc.).
• Promote and sell company tyre products (truck tyres, passenger car tyres, industrial tyres, etc.).
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations to clients.
• Follow up on leads and convert them into sales.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business.
• Provide professional advice on tyre selection, maintenance, and usage.
• Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
• Conduct regular customer visits.
• Monitor competitor pricing, products, and activities.
• Provide feedback to management on market trends and customer preferences.
• Identify new market opportunities.

Requirements

REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS:
• Minimum of OND / HND / B.Sc. in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2–5 years experience in tyre sales.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Good knowledge of tyre brands and specifications.
