Responsibilities
• Develop and implement sales strategies for coconut products and by-products
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and markets
• Maintain relationships with distributors, retailers, and bulk buyers
• Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs
• Promote products through digital and traditional marketing channels
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses
• Coordinate product promotions, exhibitions, and brand campaigns
• Collaborate with production teams to align supply with demand
• Achieve sales targets and expand customer base
Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• Proven experience in sales and marketing (FMCG/agro-processing preferred)
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills
• Knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms
• Ability to analyze market data and customer behavior
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with target-driven mindset
