Job Description

Job Objectives

  • Oversee and coordinate daily plant operations, including production and warehouse activities, to achieve set targets and operational efficiency.
  • Monitor workforce productivity, operational processes, and logistics coordination to ensure seamless workflow across departments.
  • Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations, company policies, and operational procedures.
  • Maintain accurate operational data and reports to support performance tracking and management decision-making.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily production and warehouse operations to ensure schedules and targets are consistently met.
  • Coordinate activities across production, warehouse, and logistics teams to ensure efficient material flow and operations.
  • Monitor production processes, machinery, and workflows to minimize downtime and improve overall efficiency.
  • Supervise operational staff, including production workers, warehouse personnel, loaders, and technicians.
  • Assign tasks, manage shifts, and monitor team performance to ensure productivity and discipline.
  • Provide guidance, on-the-job training, and support to staff on operational procedures and safety standards.
  • Ensure full compliance with company policies, standard operating procedures, and workplace regulations.
  • Enforce safety practices, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized working environment across the plant and warehouse.
  • Monitor product quality to ensure it meets internal standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Ensure all machinery and equipment are functioning effectively; promptly report faults to the maintenance team.
  • Oversee the proper use and handling of tools and equipment to prevent damage, accidents, or disruptions.
  • Maintain accurate records of production output, inventory movements, workforce attendance, and incidents.
  • Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports to management.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, enhance productivity, and reduce operational inefficiencies.
  • Implement corrective measures where performance targets or quality standards are not achieved.
  • Support management in executing operational strategies and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure the confidentiality and security of company and operational information at all times.
  • Carry out any other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

Requirements

  • Minimum of First Degree (or equivalent qualification) is required.
  • 2–3 years’ relevant experience in operations, production, plant supervision, or a similar industrial environment.
