We are hiring a responsible and detail-oriented individual to handle customer support, transaction processing (credit/debit/funding), updating gift card and crypto rates, monitoring app functionality, and assisting with basic accounting tasks.
*Key Responsibilities*
Research and identify potential customers through cold calling, networking, referrals, social media, and other prospecting methods.
Build strong relationships with new and existing clients to ensure long-term business partnerships and repeat sales.
Ensure timely follow-up with prospects to move them through the sales funnel.
Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events
ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
address client concerns or complaints effectively.
Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and KPIs set by management.
Requirements:
• Minimum of HND
• Good communication and basic computer skills
• Attention to detail
• Must reside within or close to Ojuelegba (proximity is key)
