Job Description

Job Summary:

We are hiring digital sales agents who will be responsible for generating leads, converting prospects into customers, meeting set sales targets, and securing referrals to expand the business pipeline. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads from different platforms.
  • Convert leads generated from various marketing channels into paying customers.
  • Consistently meet or exceed set sales targets and performance goals.
  • Secure client referrals to expand the pipeline and strengthen sales opportunities.
  • Manage and nurture key accounts to ensure long-term satisfaction and retention.
  • Identify and develop new business accounts to support revenue growth.
  • Oversee the full sales cycle, from pre-sales engagement to post-sales support.
  • Identify and respond effectively to customer needs and pain points.
  • Retrieve and provide requested data from internal databases to support cross-functional teams and decision-making.

Requirements

Required skills:

  • Proven experience in sales, or a related field.
  • Candidates must reside in Abuja and be ready to resume immediately.
  • Strong knowledge of lead generation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as a part of a team, meet deadlines, and achieve sales targets.
  • Intermediate or proficiency in CRM system tools.
  • Have a laptop or PC.
