*Key Responsibilities*
●Capture and update client, investor, ajo, and loan records with precision.
●Maintained organized records for all client documentation.
Use Google Sheets and Microsoft ●Excel to manage and update records efficiently.
●Supervise operational and production staff as required.
●Record materials used in the production process and monitor inventory levels.
●Prepare invoices and dispatch documents for delivery drivers.
●Submit daily and weekly summaries and reports to management for review.
●Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and accountability in all documentation and reporting
*Qualification*
●Minimum of OND/HND/B.Sc. in Business Administration or any related discipline.
●Must reside around Arepo axis (Magboro, Mowe, Ibafo, Berger axis preferred).
●Must be willing to work full-time onsite.
●Must be able to handle confidential financial/client information.
●Experience in data management, inventory records, supervision, or administrative support is an advantage.
