ROLE OVERVIEW :
You will be responsible for identifying, structuring, and driving sustainable growth opportunities across retail, wholesale, institutional, and potential export markets.
You must demonstrate proof of performance in prior roles, strong sales execution history, and credible market experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify new customer segments, regions, and growth channels
• Conduct structured market research and competitor analysis
• Develop and structure distributor, institutional, and strategic partnerships
• Design commercially viable business proposals and financial models
• Develop route-to-market strategies and support distributor onboarding
• Lead proposal preparation, pricing strategy, and deal structuring
• Coordinate cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, Finance, and Marketing
• Monitor revenue, profitability, and ROI of growth initiatives
• Conduct partner due diligence and ensure governance compliance
• Maintain a forward-looking pipeline of structured opportunities
What We Are Looking For
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Business Development, Commercial Strategy, or Sales Leadership
• Proven experience in structuring partnerships, new channels, or market expansion initiatives
• Demonstrable sales performance track record (must provide evidence of performance)
• Strong market exposure within FMCG, food manufacturing, distribution, or related sectors
• Experience operating in structured, governance-driven organizations
• Strong financial modeling and commercial analysis capability
• Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills
• High integrity, discipline, and executive presence

• Quality and volume of new growth opportunities developed
• Revenue contribution from new initiatives
• Conversion rate of opportunities to executed deals
• ROI and scalability of structured initiatives
• Timeliness and quality of reporting
